Describe the problem first. We then agree the work, price, responsibilities and any access needed. An audit delivers findings and recommendations. If implementation is included, the handover also records what changed and how it was checked.

### Should I send login details with my inquiry?

No. Start with the website address and the problem. Later, if account access is needed, use an agreed invitation or secure access method. Keep passwords out of the inquiry form and general chat messages.

### Who approves changes to the website?

A person authorized by your business approves the changes. The project scope also identifies who will implement them. An audit that only reviews the site gives no permission to alter the live website.

### What if essential access is unavailable?

We identify which checks depend on that access and explain what cannot be concluded without it. You can then decide whether a narrower review is useful or whether the work should wait.
